Bret, thanks for the podcast and your opinion of a bottom up approach for new TLDs. We also believe that existing communities should take the initiative and their money and start applying for new TLDs. dotBerlin (.berlin TLD) is going to do this right now, so more backgound on our initiative will be presented at the ICANN studienkreis meeting in Brussels.
