And, as I updated: UPDATE: I should point out that the idea for a "shadow board" came from a broader suggestion by GeorgeK on ICANNWatch to create a "shadow ICANN." I saw his idea as too broad. Shadow PR, Shadow GNSO, Shadow At-Large... that would be much too large. Narrow it to just a shadow board that debates and votes based on things that happen in the "real" ICANN's GNSO and other SOs. But credit where it is due - without GeorgeK's original idea, I wouldn't have had this one.
