The actual language makes it more clear. Here's the statutory language: "(4) An ''interactive service'' is one that enables a member of the public to receive, on request, a transmission of a particular sound recording chosen by or on behalf of the recipient." In other words, I can't "podcast" you a specific set of songs that you request. What I *can* do though is put together my own set of songs and podcast those. -- Bret
