This seems like religious work to me. That is, to an atheist, the inner workings of the Catholic Church seem to be a whole lot of pomp and circumstance and argumentation to absolutely no end.
How is this any different, with the notice by the US that it never intends to give over any control of the Internet? Isn't this a whole lot of negotiation and arguing over a plan/policy that is completely moot? Trackbacks
