So here's a question. (for Susan, perhaps?) What's the possibility that the FCC will claim jurisdiction over podcasting? Some of the language on the most popular podcasts could not be used over the public airwaves, and the adult content on others is too racy for radio. From the FCC's point of view, is this a feature or a bug?

My thoughts on the subject above in the form of a podcast.

In order to support my new habit, I placed advertisements on my podcasting page last month. It's working pretty well, so I thought I'd try them on the icann.Blog as well. Voila: icann.blog.us. The new ads are in the right and left margins near the bottom of the page. I hope they're not too obtrusive.
