Cööl, indeed. Of course, most of the more valuable/useful such domains - München.org (xn--mnchen-3ya.org) for example - have been speculatively registered for some time!

Not cööl. The press release is full of technical mistakes about IDNs and languages. The folks at PIR are making the same mistakes for which we castigated VeriSign five years ago.
