Once the sale is complete, Hostway's subsidiary, Registry Services Corporation will become the operator for the .pro TLD.

Through this transaction, Registry Services Corporation will assume not only the stewardship for .pro, but also the core technology behind RegistryPro, which has continued to be defined by our development team in recent months. Registry Services Corporation will honor all Sunrise registrations and funds deposited with RegistryPro so none of your accounts will be affected by this transition. We are working diligently to make this transfer as seamless as possible. Be confident that this transaction will cause minimal disruption to your registrants and that you and your registrants will receive exemplary service.

We are pleased to inform you that we plan to launch this product as soon as possible and continue to be committed to keeping the Registry operational. We understand that .pro has suffered from a number of delays over the past nine months, but be assured that this transaction will accelerate getting this product to market and supporting growth with the registrars in this business.
