From THISDAY online: "The controversy surrounding who should administer Nigeria's Top Level Domain name, .ng was laid to rest Friday...Speaking with newsmen yesterday, ...Mr. Inye Kemabonta said that despite all the controversies, government has decided that the Nigerian Internet Group (NIG) should administer the TLD adding that, 'forced re-delegation is only now a matter of time.'"
Force re-delegation? I'd be interested in seeing the correspondence between the affected parties and ICANN posted to the ICANN web site.

How is this different from Australia demanding ((and getting) .au over the objections of the person to whom it was delegated? Other than that Australia made financial contributions to ICANN and gave it political support....
