Unlike most companies that went public in the frenzied weeks just before the bubble burst, Register managed to hold on to the cash it raised. Now it plans to distribute the cash to its investors.

That's very interesting news. I had known about the plan to distribute the cash, but the mechanism for the distribution was, um, interesting. -- Bret
