Sun and Fire
Wow: The effects of a huge solar flare are headed our way. Expected to reach earth at 12:00 PDT. Those of us in LA will be protected by a dense layer of smoke.

It is expected to be clear tonight in Seattle. I intend to drive out to the boonies with my camera. If we get aurorae, I'll post pictures.
